About Us

IBFA Nottinghamshire A1 Classic is promoted by Nicola Gilbert of A1 comp Tanning. Me my husband Kenny and my son levi are so excited to be tanning at our own 4th bodybuilding show . The show is a qualifier for the IBFA British Finals held OCT 2024. . I started my own tanning company 11 years ago and now am one of the main tanners in the uk. I tan for a lot of the federations but am the official tanner for the ibfa and love tanning for lots of those shows . This is why we wanted our show to be a IBFA qualifier.

we like to do things a little different as everyone seen in the first show. we were so proud that we were given the best promoter of 2021 for the ibfa . we put everything into our first show and we put the athletes first making sure they had everything they needed backstage .

Tanning will be done by me and my own tanning team. they are all qualified and very experienced at running the tanning team on very busy days too. So join us to help us have a fantastic day .

Below is some pictures showing you how amazing our venue is , the front of house it was a sell out and packed , perfect atmosphere for a show. the massive backstage and tanning area . big stage for the athletes and perfect lighting not too bright or any shadows . the athletes have plenty of water and a box of treats , salt and pump up drinks . Beautiful flowers for the girls and my team. i love my bespoke A1 medals too, also the amazing trophies.
